All Sales Are Final: No Cancellations. No Returns. No Refunds.

At CONVEXITY 54, all garments are made-to-order and produced on an individual on-demand basis.

No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it is immediately dispatched to our automated milling and printing queue. Orders cannot be altered, held, or cancelled under any circumstances.

Sizing & Fit: Sizing specifications and measurements are clearly provided in the Size Guide on each product page. Please inspect these measurements carefully before placing your order. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items Only:

In the rare event an item arrives with a verifiable structural defect, fabric tear, or incorrect variant shipped by us:

• Email support@convexity54.com within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your Order ID and clear photos/unboxing video of the defect along with the shipping label.
• Upon inspection, an appropriate replacement piece will be dispatched.
